Horacast stores what you need to pace your billable target: your email address, time zone, target, work days, days off, the hours you log, and an optional hourly rate. Horacast stores hours only, no client or matter information.

Early-access list

If you join the early-access list on the home page, we store your email address, the optional city and firm type you give, the consent wording you agreed to, and where you came from (campaign tags in the link and the referring page). We use it only to email you about early access and launch updates; every email lets you unsubscribe.

Where it lives

Data is stored in a Supabase Postgres database in Canada (Central). The app is served by Vercel. Sign-in may involve Google (if you use it) and an email provider for sign-in codes; these processors may handle identifiers outside Canada.

What we don't do

No ads, no analytics trackers, no firm or admin visibility. Application logs don't contain your hours, rates, targets or email.

Export and deletion

Settings lets you export everything (JSON) or your entries (CSV). Deleting your account removes all live rows and your sign-in record immediately. Provider backups and operational logs (Supabase Auth, the email provider, Vercel) expire on their retention schedules.
